We ship worldwide with free shipping on all orders over 150 Euros.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free on all orders over 150 Euros. For orders under 150 Euros the exact shipping is calculated upon checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Due to large volumes and covid related regulations FedEx are experiencing slight delays in their global shipping at the moment.

3-6 business days with UPS Express Saver+ 

UK

3-6 business days with UPS Express Saver+

4-7 business days with FedEx Economy Express.

Do I have to pay duty or import charges for the USA? 

Duty and import charges are free on all orders under 800 USD.

Do I have to pay duty or import charges for the UK?


Yes, you have to pay regular VAT and customs duty on all orders. It needs to be paid upon arrival in the UK before a delivery can be made. For further instructions please contact UPS. 




Do I have to pay duty or import charges for the rest of the world?

Please check with your local import office to see if you need to pay additional tax and duties. 

Do I need to sign for my order?


Yes, all orders outside of Sweden require a signature. Check with local courier for their operation hours. 




Am I able to track my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can track your order.

How do I return or exchange an item?


If you are not 100% satisfied with your items/order you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. Please email customerservice@littleliffner.com for further instructions. Please note that all return costs are at the customers expense.

What are the payments options available?

We offer payment with VISA, Matercard, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact and iDEAL.

For Chinese customers we offer Alipay, Wechat Pay and Union Pay.

When will I receive my refund for my returned order?

Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used at checkout. 

How do discount codes work?

You can apply discount codes when you start the checkout process. Please note that you cannot use discount codes for pre-orders.

Pre-orders

How do pre-orders work?

A preorder gives you the chance to reserve and buy an item before it’s available in stock. These items have a “Preorder” button, instead of an “Add to cart” one. When the bag is ready for delivery an additional email is sent to finish the rest of the payment. We reserve the bag for 14 days for shipment afterwards we cannot guarantee immediate delivery depending on stock levels. Delivery dates are estimates and can be both earlier and later than expected. A preorder item and an in-stock item can’t be ordered together. Discounts are not applicable on pre-orders.

How can i pay for a Pre-order?

You can either put a 10 % non-refundable down payment for your order or pay the full amount with a 10 % discount on the total price. Regular discount codes are not applicable on pre-orders.

Brexit

Do I have to pay duty or import charges for the UK?

Yes, you have to pay regular VAT and customs duty on all orders. This is not included in the prices on our site and needs to be paid before delivery once the parcel has reached the UK. UPS will contact for further instructions.

What is the delivery time for the UK?

Care Instructions

Looking after your item

Your Little Liffner bag is always treated in manufacturing to make it more resistant to water and stains. We suggest you use leather conditioner occasionally to maintain the quality of the leather and to keep it hydrated.

Always store the bag stuffed (to keep its shape and avoid unnecessary creases) in the Little Liffner dust bag while not used. Always avoid abrasive surfaces to prevent the bag from developing marks. By doing this you help your bag last longer and reduce the environmental impact on your product.
