Exchanges and returns

We do hope you will enjoy your new bag. However, if it’s not to your complete satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return it.

Please note the following:

Before you send any items back to us you need to send an e-mail to  to receive return instructions. Do not send anything without contacting us first! It may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact. Please note that shipping charges of exchanges and refunds are at your expense. 

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item. If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. 

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
